Hey guys,
So I replaced my front left wheel hub last weekend after hearing some growling noise. Replace the hub and ended up doing tie rod ends while I was at it. Now I have an abs and slip light on. The 4x4 light was on for a little while too but that has since gone away. I've topped off my brake fluid and just had the wheel back off to unhook my senor connection and check for dirt or debris inside the connection. Everything looked good. Anybody had this issue? Going to have to head to o rieleys as I don't have the abs reader.

Thanks

Chris

When my wheel bearing when bad my light came on as well, but turned off after the new hub was installed. The old sensor got jacked up from bad bearing, but I bet that one is bad on the new hub. I don't know of a way to test it. I would do as you mentioned a see if it throws code. Did you use a Timken or another brand? The 4wd light will come on if the abs light is on, when this happens it will not go into 4wd as far as I know.
