I'm hoping someone has the answer. Here's what I want to do.

Installing a Clarion N.i.c.e. in my 08 Titan. The NICE will also have a Video in from a Mac Mini I'm going to install (for Itunes,Movies etc.) My question is...what are my Audio INPUT options from the Mini to the Head Unit? I have an AUX button on my HU which I assume is used for an IPOD Kit or the Front MINI Jack. Is there an RCA input for AUX on the BACK of the Head Unit? Or other type?

Any help is much appreciated!!!

No inputs of any kind on the back of the HU. Just use the mini jack on the face plate, or pull the face plate and hard wire to the wiring on the back of the mini jack.
