If I buy the factory DD radio bezel, what else will I need to mount a Kenwood dd? My stock radio is the split up 6 disc changer. I dont want to buy the aftermarket bezels as I dont think they are made correctly.

well, so long as the factory DD opening has all the other connections for all the AC, plugs, etc then your good but what i found is that you will have a gap around a DD radio when installed.

What i did was purchase the Nissan Xterra metra DD kit and the small trim peice fit my first 2010 titan perfectly.

The Xterra Metra P/N kit i used was 99-7581:
