Advantage to Big Tow Package?

I anticipate ordering a new Titan either this summer or early fall, unless I decide to wait for the 2005 model.

Question, is there any advantage to ordering the Big Tow package based on how I will use the truck:

1. Commuting to and from the office
2. Occasional hauling stuff from Home Depot/Lowes
3. Deer hunting
4. I do not plan on towing anything in the new future.

However, are there stability, flexibility, resale advantages to the Big Tow package?

What about the off-road package--same questions. I will not be off roading except for the occasional trip to the woods on hunting trips.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

It's interesting to me you guys like the big side mirrors so much.

I plan to get the big tow package for sure, and I suspect one of the first things I will do is swap those huge things out and put on the standard smaller mirrors.

Although I will be towing about 4,500 pounds, I will only be doing it 4 to 6 times a year, and for the day to day driving the truck will get I find they create even larger blind spots right next to the base of the huge A-pillar.

Considering what you get in the big tow package I'm surprised it is only $600. I do however suspect the late introduction electronic locker for the rear differential may be added to this package and the price will go up.
Just wait until you back up with those huge mirrors. You can see!

I am able to tell where everything is behind me. I love the lower convex mirrors. I know when someone is in either of my blind spots. I do not know if I could go back to a truck without them.
Believe me, I can understand their value, I just don't like the extra blind spot, and when I back up, it's not hard to just look right over the top of the car. :futwice:

If your in the SouthEast I would be willing to trade with you and pay the dealer for the labor.!

Nice car (S2000) I almost bought one, love the revs but my better half wanted the Z-3 because she short and can see out better! Still I love to see her running aorund topless! :)
