I have a local vendor here that I buy from that told me today that if I buy 5 cold air intakes at a time I can get them for 225.00 brand new in the sealed boxes. And also HID bulbs for 15.00 per pair.

I can pass this along if your interested.......anyone know where you can get them cheaper...if so let me know.

so what do you mean by HID bulbs?? Bulbs for existing HID kits im guessing?

I dont really know much about them....The dealer told me they were HID that will plug into your factory lights....yes they are just the bulbs.

oh, man!!! If you are just going to be putting HID bulbs into your factory headlights you sure are gonna have a lot of glare, I will feel sorry for any oncoming traffic.........But that does seem to be a great deal on the intake!!!

And for HID don't you need ballasts as well???

I don't think you could get a replacement HID bulb for that cheap, and what this guy is selling is standard bulbs marketed as "HID like"...You are NOT getting a HID set-up for $15 each...

the "hid" bulbs are simply regular bulbs with a blue tint on the inside and the box says xenon on it... I have not seen them but for 15 dollars a set thats what they have to be

Oh if they are just blue bulbs then hmm. I need to find some HID bulbs, i got a spare set of projectors and hid components from an acura TL that i got for free but i dont have bulbs. I still might be interested so that i can use them temporarily as long as they are not really "ricer" blue.

bro... just buy some regular bulbs. thats all they are except they have a blue tint inside them...
