I have an 06 SE without RF system. With 6 CD changer of that matters. I bought a 2 Din HU and the correct Metra harness for my truck. I have all the wires soldered and shrinked except for a couple I'm not sure about. On the Metra harness, I have a blue and a blue/white wire. Blue for power antenna, and blue/white for Amp turn on.

On my HU harness, I have a blue wire labeled antenna/amp 12v.

Do I need to connect any of those wires together? I do not have an amp or wish to add one.

No, you do not need to connect those wires. The blue wire from the HU is to turn on an amp or raise a power antenna - neither of which you have.

Got the 2 din stereo installed. It works, but I dont have the bass I once did with the stock stereo.
I recently replaced the front and rear door speakers with Kicker speakers (2 way 6.5" and 3 way 6x9s) after one of the stock speakers was blown. The sound from the Kicker speakers was vastly greater than stock. But now with this aftermarket stereo, the sounds just isnt as it was..
