Those who have installed the Airaid throttle body spacer... I was reading where you may have to adjust the cruise or kickdown cable??? Has anyone had to make an adjustment or did you just bolt it on and ride?

Trimmed the screen off the throttle body gasket, other then that, bolt on and ride.
There is no cables on the TB, its a electronic TB
I was thinking when I installed the CIA last year I couldn't remember any cables at the t.b. I wasn't sure what I would get into with this spacer. Thought I'd ask before wasting time only to find out there was going to be b.s. involved. Wouldn't be the first time its happen when I've modded stuff on my other vehicles.
i just did mine less than a week ago in conjunction with an AEM intake. It took ten minutes to do. Remove top 2 bolts that hold on engine cover, use hex head wrench to remove four screw. I left the screen in (it is only actually covering about 1/3 of the opening.). Hardest part was putting in new bolts and aligining the things back up. I kept thinking I was putting the new bolts in crooked. Otherwise it would only take 5 minutes. No cables removed in process. Be ready for the whistle... sounds like someone letting air out of a tirein the 1600-2200 rpm range.
I'm going to have to mod mine some. I installed the spacer but my tube from the CAI is pushing into the fan shroud. Its a tight fit even after I unbolted the kit and tried to reroute it some. Looks like the only way mine is going to fit is if I cut the tube about 1/2 inch where it goes into the t.b.

Make sure you want to keep the t.b.s. before you go cutting stuff. I had no benefit from the spacer so I uninstalled it.
Its literally a bolt on mod. You cut the screen that covers the top half of the throttle body and thats about as much custom fab your gonna get.
