I have 2012 Titan Pro4X - is it a must to pull the airbag fuse before off roading. I have seen the threads on accidental discharge and thinking ill start pulling the fuse before going off road.

thoughts on this, who's doing it?

i never did it, got airborne on accident a couple times. never had issues.

Your airbag could go off randomly anyway, considering all the recalls.:eek_surprise:

Seriously though, if you want to disable it do some research on the proper way to do so. I know there are capacitors in the system, for those times when the vehicle has multiple impacts which could cut the power supply.

You wouldn't want to make an expensive mistake that could also injure you.

^ ya i agree, i have my appointment on thur to have my airbag recall done for my side curtain airbags. i searched my VIN on the nissan site and sure enough my 2012 titan is affected.
