My 2007 is doing the same.
Thanks man! This looks like a PITA!! But if this is what it takes...so be it. I appreciate the response back! Two years ago, the SRS light began flashing on my armada and the reset procedure would eliminate the light. But as soon as I turned the steering wheel close to full lock, either left or right, the SRS light would come back on. My armada didn't have the typical signs of a failed/failing clockspring (i.e. steering wheel audio & cruise controls not functioning) and the SRS light wasn't throwing any particular codes.
I purchased a new clockspring, Nissan part #25567-CD025 and problem solved. Just check with your local Nissan parts dept, parts.nissanusa, etc. to confirm the actual clockspring for your Titan.
I followed the instructions from this thread on how to remove the steering wheel:http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tit...187-adding-steering-wheel-audio-controls.html
And this video, regarding the removal of the clockspring:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPQ2sEYjKJU
