i just installed the throttle body spacer and was wondering if it is supposed to make a noise like breaks squealing if so im good if not then i think i might have a problem also what will it hurt if i remove the screen between the throttle body and intake

Its gona whistle. Quite a few around here are doing away with the screen.
i was listening to it today and it is more like a brake chatter than a whistle
