Who here is knowledgeable on this? Text Font Line Parallel Black-and-white

This was the results after the dealer installed my upper control arms and coilovers with the 1.5" spacer.

Truck drives better then it did before, just not sure if that is the best they could do or not.
Let me know what you think.

I'm a stickler. I wouldn't have accepted that alignment, and I'd have told them if I'm paying, do it how I want it. I've started walking out in the shop and speaking with the tech (despite the signs) and letting him know I expect to be pretty much in the middle of all the adjustments. The only one I think you're sort of stuck with is caster, as I'm not sure there is an easy way to adjust that on the T. But camber and toe should be better adjusted than what you r sheet shows. Toe should be a little "in" on both sides, but only a tiny bit. Your toe is pretty much left of center, and eventually will wear your tires funny. The passenger side needs a mild adjustment to be closer to center and the driver's needs a big adjustment to be past center and slightly toed in. Camber adjustment may require camber bolt install, but that's worth it, and that needs to be dead zero or dadgum close. Remind them you paid for tires and an alignment, and you need the latter to get the most life out of the former.

Yea I didn't get the sheet until I left as they couldn't even finish the install of my trac bars because he took so long on everything else an the dealership was closing. Sent it to me in email, never paid for the alignment but will be taking it back when I get home for sure.
I believe the procomp lift came with the adjustable bolts from Greg?

The techs at these dealerships are terribly incompetent

I was an alignment tech for a couple years, and i have to say, Its not horrible, but its not acceptable.

Your toe is a little toe'd out, and it looks like theyre focused towards the driver side, which means the steering wheel would be crooked and it would wear the insides of the tires, not horribly, but it would over time.

Camber and caster are FULLY adjustable, especially with those PRG UCA's. The caster looks like it would make the truck pull to the left as well. Camber on the passenger is unnecessary as well.

I would take it back and have them do it again. BUT, i would have them add more caster than stock. If i remember correctly, stock is 3*. Ask them to set it to 4 or 5*. The steering might be a touch harder, but I LOVED the way my truck drove after i did that. And with the UCA's, you CAN get that much adjustment, dont let them tell you otherwise. When i had my 05 with Mid Travel, i had it set to 8*, and it was fantastic, even with 37's.

Great info, CVTitan05. Thank you. To further my understanding, is the stock setup adjustable for caster, and if so, how is it adjusted? I like to know these things before I ask my tech questions so I can at least ask intelligent questions. Thanks again for the great info!

The stock setup will adjust camber and caster, but only together. Because of the design of the Cam-Bolts that are in the lower arms, when you go to adjust camber, it will adjust caster at the same time, and visa-versa, but not always in the way that you want it to.

Sometimes the technician will be in a position that he can get camber within spec, so it wont wear tires, but it will throw caster out of spec, and will make the vehicle pull one direction. So then he is at a crossroads of which is the lesser of two evils? Bad tire wear? Or a constantly pulling vehicle?

In that situation, i usually try to split the difference with both of them. Then take it for a drive, if it doesn't pull, I would leave it. But always notify the customer of what could come of it, and seek out other possible options.

But thats where the adjustable upper control arms comes into play, you then not only get the adjust-ability at the lower arm, but in the upper as well, making it much easier to get said vehicle into spec.

I am an alignment tech at Big O Tires . The spec on camber is from +0.8 to -0.3 and caster spec is 1.9 to 4.2. If you have been playing hard in your truck then that is a pretty decent alignment. I disagree with their toe decision however. Like CV Titan05 mentioned, the printout suggests that the steering wheel is ****ed to the right while driving.
