So I've been looking all over the forum and haven't found what I'm looking for I'm getting the bilstein 5100's on the middle setting on my T I have a 2011 Sv crew cab 4x4 I already took off my mudflaps and for now I'm going to run stock wheels could I get away with a 295/65/18 or should I run something else any help would be great

You should be fine. 295/65/18 is 33x12 and stock Pro4X tires are 275/70/18 which are 33.1x11.

You could go with 305 65 18s also if you keep them on your stock rims.
