My son's 06 Titan won't start. He called me and said the lights work but the radio doesn't, and the truck doesn't even make an attempt to to start when he turns the key. No click, no turning over, nothing. His battery was about 3 years old so I told him to replace it, because as Best At Chess used to say "It's always the battery". That didn't do a thing. Initially I thought that it might be the transmission interlock but more than likely a fuse or fuseable link. After thinking it over I don't think it's the interlock because the radio would still work. Does anybody have any idea which fuses or fuseable link to check?

Something had to change to cause this condition. Rather than a blown fuse, I'd be taking a close look at the battery terminals and ground. If they've degraded or just worn out, a new battery won't help. Just my $0.02...
