You should clear the spindle but will most likely need the pinch-weld-mod for fender rub. With 4.75" of backspacing you won't be quite as bad as some rims, like the MM 951 with their 4.5" b.s.
Btw, my friend has 17x9 Moto Metal 951 rims, with 4.5" b.s., and 35x12.5x17 BFG MT KM tires, and a PC stage1, 6" bracket lift, and had to do the pinch weld mod. Not too much cutting though, so with an extra 1/4" of b.s., you might clear.
