I have a 2019 p4x with 31000 miles I heard a little clicking noise a couple of days ago did t think much of it. Then Friday I noticed my a/c acting funny when to turn it on the a/c illuminates but does not blow at all neither heat or a/c blows air. I got a appointment on Monday to take my truck in but I find it strange that a blower motor would go out around 31000 miles. Anybody else have this issue.

It’s possible something got into the fresh air intake and stopped the cage from spinning.
Good thing it’s under warranty and they should be able to fix it in one visit.

Never heard of any going out but possible..

Try pulling the cabin filter out and take a peek with a flashlight..

Mine started clicking a couple of weeks ago. Air flow seems consistent though. Been meaning the to pull the cabin filter but haven't yet. I'll just turn up the radio for now.

I don't know how much has changed in the blower fan and speed control since Gen1 Titans, but I can tell you that the blower fan and control module for fan speed is incredibly easy to get to (on a Gen1). Both are under the glove box and nothing has to be removed to get to them from the passenger side footwell. I had a failed fan speed controller on mine, and it was a 10 minute job to replace the resistor.

My symptoms were that the fan only worked on the lowest speed and the highest speed with nothing in between. I remember troubleshooting info here on TitanTalk mentioned that some made the clicking noise - mine made no noises.

Yes....had a similar issue on my 20k 2017 and the dealer change a little gadget and it fixed it. I was not getting AC blowing on my side of the cab. 100% fixed under warranty.

I had similar issues with 3 visits so far to the dealer.. freon at 50 miles, an air bubble in the hose at 2k miles, and a fan clutch at 5k miles.

Fan Clutch at 3200 miles. Dealer took care of it promptly and told me he has seen several with the same issue...
