I ordered the Nissan Titan UCA Refresh kit and get 2 ball joints instead of the 6 shown on the website. Does me no good and not what was advertised. No receipt included, no explanation email sent, and they don't answer the phone when you call. No call back from message left either. I've had issues with them once before, but thought it was an isolated incident. Nope, here we go again............annoying.

Greg called me back and took care of this issue. They sent me an economy pack they offer on eBay by mistake, that just replaces the outer ball bearings. He said the inner fork bearings seldom need to be replaced. Gave me a refund for the parts not needed immediately. Sometimes PRG takes a little while to get back, but they will make it right.

I find him to be honest, knowledgeable, but many have had a difficult time in communicating with him. I think he has expanded and hired some help, he just does too much himself. I'm still a PRG Fan!

I agree. I have been pretty happy with PRG and their products. But I will also agree that he is very hard to get a hold of, even when he calls you and leaves you a message to call him back. Hahaha

i've purchased numerous things from PRG praying i get what i ordered on time. so far i've been lucky! really good guy when you get him on the phone but seems like every now and than someone will post their horrible experience with orders wrong or never got them and how hard it is to get a hold of him. i don't think Greg knows what customer service means?

I think TitanBlue is right. He needs more help to answer phones and take orders. I have bought numerous things from him through the years. All great products, but he needs more help.

You actually talked to Greg!? I've called him dozens of times trying to spend 1k + but guess that's not enough money to get him on the phone or to atleast respond to my email. Don't get why it's so difficult to order from his site.

Check out performancelifts.com they sell prg products and I've heard good things on here about their service. That's where I will go when I look for my next prg purchase after having problems with Greg myself. You should never have to beg a guy to spend money at his shop.
