Anyone have Bilstein 5100 set on 1 with 08 Springs AND 1.5" spacers?

I have an 08 2WD that sat 35" stock. I currently am running the Bilstein 5100 on the top setting, which has me sitting at 37.25" after settling in.

I am in the process of picking up the 08 4x4 springs which I want to pair with the Bilstein (prefer to set them at 1) and possibly a 1.5" spacer. So...

08 springs (1.5") + Bilstein set at 1 (1.5") + 1.5" spacer = 4.5" lift.

Anyone else with a 2WD try a spacer with the Bilstein set at 1? I don't mind if the coil bucket contact is minimal. I'll just grind down the lip a little. As far as I can tell, the position of my 08 coil bucket isn't different from my 06.

EDIT: I know most go with the 08 springs + Bilstein 5100 set at 0 + 1.5" spacer without any issues. Since adjusting the Bilstein only adds to the preload, I don't think it would cause any contact issues.

I've ran that exact set up on a 2WD with a 1" spacer. CB contact from he11. UCA literally rested on the CB even with a fairly grinded lip. I've got pics of what it would look like if you need them.
I tried that setup with the 5100's set on 1 and had a some contact so I took the spacer off. If you grind the coil bucket lip you might be ok. Someday I would like to replace the UCA and sway bar ends and put the spacer back on.

But you're were using the Pro4x springs, right? Stock Pro4x sit approximately 38-38.5" while stock 2008+ 4x4 sit approximately 36.5-37".

I am going to be attempting this with the 4x4 springs.

I got them prebuilt from Danlp...I'm not sure whether they are pro4x or 4x4
Well, after reading Stryker125's thread, I hope the 08 4x4 springs alone give me the 3.5" of lift! With the Bilstein set at 1, that would be put me around 40". One can hope.

I found one of my old threads, and my old Titan actually sat at 42.5" up front. I miss the height but not the driveline vibrations!
Another update:

I contacted a couple members that installed the 08 4x4 springs on their 2WD, and it sat them 39" up front (the other had the Bilstein set at 1, and he is sitting at 40.5"). That is consistent with Stryker125's situation where his was about 39" after installing the 08 4x4 springs.

That's good news for us 2WD looking for a cheap, yet reliable lift option!
I was very tempted to do this. My 5100s come in tomorrow and was gonna leave them at 0 and then put on a 1.5" spacer for 2 more inches but I decided against it for now. When I put my 2.5" spacer on top of the new springs my uca's were maybe 1/4 inch from the cb and I was getting a good amount of contact on my ride home. I would assume with some RC uca's the contact would have been greatly reduced but who knows. I use royj's (Josh) pro4x for refrence as he is sitting on 5100s on the middle setting with the "3" inch RC kit and uca's and he has a decent amount of clearance.

It's all trial and error!
