So about 2 months ago my truck started to develope issue after issue. It started with a rough idle and now I don't remember what the truck felt like before all this. I get a light humm and kind of a gear type feeling to the truck when I let of the gas and just coast. And it just doesn't feel right. Almost the feeling like I'm in 4wd but it's not. I have done a lot of maintenance over the past 2 months and repairs at the shop, so I'm going to list them and if anyone has any idea on where to look next, I would appreciate it ALOT!

Truck
2005 Nissan Titan SE 4x4 2.94 auto locking rear (somekind of tow pachage)

1) did both front wheel bearings
2) had front u-joints done (not put back in proper timing?)
3) left & right motor mounts & left mount bracket (was supposed to be the cause of the rough idle and vibration, but solved little)
4) rear transmission mount (already developing a tear and has only been 3weeks)
5) Rear locked up and I had to replace the rear $4500? you'd think it would feel way better but it doesn't (possibly out of balance or time?)
6) master cylinder wouldn't get fluid to the rear so I was forced to buy a new one to go with new rear($600)
7)radiator fan came apart and screwed my radiator/fan/belt (all replaced w/ oem new parts)
8) slip/abs light: replaced rear abs sensor

Cracked manifold and plugged cats is my guess since it's a known issue on the titan.

Also I should also put this out there, as weird as it sounds, the idle vibration went away after the mechanic finally put back skid plate that was removed to fix the motor mount? It was off for a month. Now I'm really trying to find out what is making the truck feel like it's in 4wd

Clutch and fan are brand new. Does anyone know if the front drive shaft has to be timed? I know it can only bolt on 2 ways but is it worth rotating it on either the transfer case or the front dif? It's a very gear-ey type feeling between 30-60mph and I'm worried I'm going to cause damage if it continues.
