Shar i wouldnt waste your time with the race fuel...unless your tuned for it all its gonna do without a tune is run really rich....I tried running some lucas octane booster the good stuff and it did nothing other then make it run rich from no proper tunningYo Red, if you wanna come up Friday, I'll give ya a hand with your tranny mount and brake mod... and bring an empty 5 gallon can, I'm trying to see if I can snake some race fuel from a buddy's 50 gal drum...
He's got the INJEN to though which i heard makes it run lean if i remember correctly... should work itself out...lol
When you stand on the brakes w/o the BO mod, it cuts throttle. With the BO mod you can be on the brakes, but the computer doesn't think you are, so it doesn't cut throttle. Launches are muchhhhh better with it
Untuned, with JBA headers and the Injen CAI, I imagine I am lean... So the race fuel will balance it out... :rofl:
Yes as storm T said brake stalls without the bo mod cut power only giving around 20% power at launch.....On street tires you only want to do a small burn out just to clear tires of dirt rocks and stuff....anymore then that is pointless because they are not made from the same compound as dr's or slicks and will actually hurt your 60ft times
