I have a Dana 60 conversion for my Titan that was placed in Dec 2011. In December 2014 I had a structural failure at the weld between the Titan tube and the center section. I contacted Nate at Arizona Differential and he said he would like to send me a new one because they have redesigned them b/c of a few failures like mine. However, it was going to be several weeks and I couldnt wait. He told me to let him know if I had any more problems. I had a local shop weld it up and it held until January this year. Again I called Nate. He said that he could get a replacement out to me but it would be a couple weeks due to current projects. I decided to wait since they were going to warranty me a new, better one.

Well, that was January 25th; as of writing this I still dont have a replacement and I will not be getting one.

Multiple broken promises, multiple stories about shipping to the wrong place, staff turnover, multiple times being told "I'll call you tomorrow and let you know" with ZERO actual calls. I always had to call them.

If they had just been upfront with me at the beginning stating that there was nothing they could do for me, or "we're too busy, its gonna be 8 weeks before we can start", thats fine, great, I can work with that. But to tell me, it's gonna be a couple weeks and then we will get you fixed up.....what a bunch of hoopla.

sounds like he's trying to help you actually. Shops get busy and are pretty bad at calling people, its just how it is, id keep trying to contact him.

IMO, i dont agree. not with the 'check's in the mail' mentality. i do believe that they probably have more work than their shop can handle. However, part of being a good and honest business owner is knowing what you have and not biting off more than you can chew and letting people know realistic expectations. I was strung along for over 10 weeks on the promise of a replacement.

also, they have told me that its not going to happen.
