Autoanything vs. Stillen

I see alot of people on here who give business to Stillen and few who talk about Autoanything. Does AA have bad customer service or is there something Stillen has that makes them better to do business with? I am asking this because I see things I am interested in cost more from Stillen than AA. Not much but some. Just wondering.

I have been purchasing from AutoAnything for many years and have never had a problem with them. Customer service has always been good.
The owner of Stillen son is a member of the forum and from everything I have read he seems to be a hell of a guy. He has backed products on here that was well above and beyond what was necessary. Hell I bought one of my parts used and he said he would fix any issues. Look for posts by [email protected] Never had any experience with AA so they may be great too.
I have shopped with Autoanything for years now on all my trucks. To tell you the truth they have great service and i barley ever hear of complaints. Stillen on the other hand has complaints all the time, but there are a few that have had great service as well. I will stick with autoanything, I just hear to many things about stillen not giving refunds or trading out bad or damaged parts.
Other than stuff sold only by Stillen, I'd go with AA because you'll find their price is far lower.

I beg to differ on Stillen's customer service. Autoanything is great too, don't get me wrong, but my last order from Stillen was screwed up AND they still were patient and understanding with my situation. not only did they make my exchange process as quick as possible, but they also did a follow up to see if i was satisfied with their service.
my problem was that the magnaflow dual rear exit exhaust system i ordered didn't install correctly due to my trailer hitch, so they swapped it out with one that would fit without any extra cost to me. the intake i ordered from autoanything took holy crap, i dunno, FOREVER to process then deliver. to me AA is just another website that sells stuff and Stillen is a REAL aftermarket company.
I've used Autoanything and have had no problems-great service.

Haven't used Stillen so I can't comment on their customer service...
Autoanything has several distributorships with the OEM's. They dont stock much/anything, it's all dropshipped from factory, hence the low price. However you get a delivery misconception from A/A cause they dont know when the item will ACTUALLY ship. Great prices though. Overall good C/S in all situations. Have bought and returned as well. They offer those good ol' 5&10% off coupons too if u sign up for email.
Now on another note.....Stillen is good stuff. Pricey but quality stuff. Dedication from them is upper class. One of the few who show interest in the Titan. Dont buy anything but their exclusive items or else it's a rip job. (Sorry Kyle)

Like i said there are plenty of people that have been happy with them. But it seems like its a 50/50 chance. With AA its more like a 80% chance to be happy. Im not much of a gambler so you know the chance i will take.
