I have been purchasing from AutoAnything for many years and have never had a problem with them. Customer service has always been good.
I beg to differ on Stillen's customer service. Autoanything is great too, don't get me wrong, but my last order from Stillen was screwed up AND they still were patient and understanding with my situation. not only did they make my exchange process as quick as possible, but they also did a follow up to see if i was satisfied with their service.yamatitan said:I have shopped with Autoanything for years now on all my trucks. To tell you the truth they have great service and i barley ever hear of complaints. Stillen on the other hand has complaints all the time, but there are a few that have had great service as well. I will stick with autoanything, I just hear to many things about stillen not giving refunds or trading out bad or damaged parts.
Like i said there are plenty of people that have been happy with them. But it seems like its a 50/50 chance. With AA its more like a 80% chance to be happy. Im not much of a gambler so you know the chance i will take.albonismo said:I beg to differ on Stillen's customer service. my problem was that the magnaflow dual rear exit exhaust system i ordered didn't install correctly due to my trailer hitch, so they swapped it out with one that would fit without any extra cost to me. the intake i ordered from autoanything took holy crap, i dunno, FOREVER to process then deliver. to me AA is just another website that sells stuff and Stillen is a REAL aftermarket company.
