So i have a 2006 Titan LE with all options other than nav. When I put the truck in drive, the doors stay unlocked unless I lock them with the button on the door. Is there no automatic lock when you put into drive? I had this feature in my last truck and it was an 03 Silverado LS. I just find it odd that a truck with all the options doesn't have such a basic feature. Thanks

My 05 doesn't do that either...and I'm glad. My wife's car does those things, and other 'automatic safety features' and it drives me crazy. To each their own.

I don't think any of the first gen trucks have the auto lock.

actually, they do, but it can be disabled with a key on/pedal dance. My 09 does it..my friend's 07 does it. I actually think it's in the actual paper manual how to disable/enable it
