Main thing here is how extreme are you going to go? Is it a 4x4 or 4x2? Are we talking hitting whoops at 50mph? I'm not sure of the price on these but I am slowly converting mine to one... another great place to post would be http://www.titantalk.com/forums/titan-suspension/70727-prerunner-titans.html. Calling Greg at PRG would be an idea as well... PRG offers a Mid-Travel kit PRG Products. Found this as well for a long travel leafspring option from GIANT: Giant Motorsports - Offroad Race Truck Suspension Specialists | Nissan Titan 64" Long Travel Kit | giantmotorsports.com | Travel, Kit, Long, Giant

Suspension: Front: 2.5" coilovers, Bypass shocks are also an option depending on how much you want to spend, New upper and lower control arms, Maybe some Air-Bumps. Rear: Some form of piggyback shock or bypass if you have the money, Deaver C-30 pack, Not sure if Air-Bumps are needed, Traction Bars.

New fenders could be needed, Pre-runner bumper, anything else...

I would say go to the prerunner link I gave and talk to those guys... they will be very helpful... all the desert junkies!
good to know. and i guess i can call them and do just like you one piece at a time.. good luck in your build..

How far do you want to take the truck ($), and how fast do you want to go?
humm good question... honestly i dont know. my wife is the one that grow up in Baja and her friends are the racers. me im just a motivated husband and "fiebru"(race lover)

the way the truck is rigth now we hit dunes in Baja and sometimes dirt and mud but mostly dunes. Im not sure if your familiar with Baja racing and "Laguna Salada" close to Mexicali, BC,MX. that were mostly we run the truck all the way to San Felipe(where the Score 250 ends) thats just to give you an idea of where we drive the truck

so i guess a mid travel kit would be ok. the thing is the truck needs to be hwy safe and reliable since we live in NM close to El Paso,TX. so its a drive everytime we go to the races...

advise....

acording to what i have read in prg website i should get:

1-PRG Titan Mid Travel Kit
2-shocks to meet the new travel distance
3-extended axles (wifes is 4x4)
4-over size fenders

so far so good(i think)

but what about the rear?
