I am trying to figure out my axle ratio and I am having a tough time. I used the vin number analyzer, checked differential,no tag or number , checked door tag. I have a 2017 Titan Pro4X serial number1N6AA1E5XHN543735 It came with a class 4 hitch and has a Tow mode . I am hoping it has the 3:36 ratio for tow and has the 9400 lbs. towing capacity. It is a brand new Titan. Does not have the tow package. Need some expert advice, thanks
I have installed the brake controller.

On the first gen titans all Pro4's came with the 3.36 gears. Not sure if it is the same on 2nd Gn. I would give your dealership a call, they should be able to tell you since it is new.

2nd gen has 2.94 gears on all half tons. XD's have the 3.36 ratio.

I have the 17 Pro4x with the Utility & Towing package. My max towing capacity is 9,110 lbs if I remember correctly.

I don't think yours is any different without the towing package. It should still be above the 9,000 mark I believe.

Check your owner's manual.

Yeah, from what I have seen with the new transmission, towing capacity for the 2.94's have been increased to 9000+
