back-up sensor problems

just bought my truck and the backup sensor doesnt sound. This truck was certified. doesnt seem as though they checked everything. Also the tps is always on. Tires are nitogen filled and to correct pressures. spare also..truck has no owners manual..will get one somehow..(dealer i bout from)or ebay...tiered of their butts..any help would be appreciated..
