I have a 2010 titan, with a not so great heater. It blows hot air, but not a lot of it. I put in a new blower motor, replaced cabin filters and still have bad flow coming from my vents. It doesn't matter whether it's on floor, face or defrost. Every heat setting works and the blower spins fine, yet the air flow sucks. Is this your general titan heater? Any insight would be appreciated.

Low flow can also be a blower motor resistor. I didn't catch that in your post. It's an easy and inexpensive fix if the one you have doesn't check out.

Cabin filters have been known to clog up quickly if you live in high dust/high pollen areas.

If everything else checks out, it's quite possible you had a clan of mice load up part of your air distribution system. If all ducts are behaving the same....it's close to the filter. If only one or two or a few, it's further up the branch closest to your 'problem' vents. Fixing this problem...not so easy.

Don't forget to check your voltages for good measure. Really rare...a bad fan switch. I mean really rare.

One more thing to check is the core itself for temp when the engine is up to temp. Two things could cause a low core temp.....plugged up core and a failed diverter valve. Check the core temp with an infrared thermometer and go from there.

Is there any way to test it other than replace it and hope for the best? Even with the filters removed there's poor flow. Every setting from low to high works too. Maybe the heater in this thing just blows, but not literally, compared to every other vehicle I've had as far as heat, my titan has been the worst. With Maine winters, it'd nice to be able to defrost your windshield.

Same issue in my 2015 pro 4x. Blend door and blower work fine. If I take the little cover off where you replace the cabin filter (my king cab doesn't have them) behind the glovebox then I get tons of air moving. Same if I use a setting that allows recirculated air such as max a/c. Plenty of air blowing through. But in the winter the floor setting, defrost, vent setting, all very weak airflow and fogged over windows. My problem is not if the air is hot enough. It is just weak air flow compared to the 06 Titan I had. It's almost as if something is blocking the fresh air intake. The blower will actually sound like it's starved for air with a whistling sound coming from the cabin filter door. Not sure how to check for blockage in fresh air intake. I need to take it in as it's still under warranty. I only have 6000 miles on it and I've never smelled any funky odors as if something decided to take up residence in the fresh air intake. I worry about taking it in and them telling me they're going to have to take the whole dash out.

I had this last year in my 10 Titan. They're famous for it. Look under the hood. On the passengers side firewall you will see a small rectangular valve with 3 screwes holding the cover on. Remove the screwes You will see a gear at the top. Turn the top gear all the way to the left. Surprise! You will have heat and you will have cold air. Been there done that.
