I have been noticeing a vibration in the steering wheel, pedal and at time in the seat when braking its the worst at about 40 mph it shakes the whole truck at times and I have lots of brown brake dust on the front wheel the truck is a 08 4wd bigtow with 46k

Sounds like you may have warped rotors. Get them checked, and turned if they have excessive runout, or replace them.

I might just replacing the front pads and rotors

But dose anyone else have the vibration at
40-45mph.

If you are experiencing vibration in the steering wheel while braking, then there's a good chance your rotors may be warped and needs to be replaced.

If you're only getting the vibration when braking, that's a dead giveaway that it's warped rotors. If it vibrates all the time and just worse when braking, it's likely alignment or ball joints or some such.

So slotted or will blanks be ok it's just my dd

Blanks are usually the normal brakes to use. If you tow then do not use cross drilled rotors.
