Never tried that particular brand, but I have always had good luck with Battery Tenders...
thanks for the response i appreciate all the info. on last question i have a battery tender jr that i use for my motorcycles, could i use this charger for a short period of time to maintain the battery or would it burn up this charger? thanks againI have three BatteryMinders, the big one puts out around 8 amps max and the two smaller ones (Battery Minder Plus) put out 1.33 amps max. If I was buying only one CTEK, I would get the 7002 cuz the other ones don't put out much juice and would take longer to charge if you actually wanted to charge, rather than maintain.
See chart.
Amazon.com: CTEK Multi US 7002 12V Battery Charger: Automotive
If it works as advertised, it should be fine. It has a low charge rate of 750 mA, so it would take a long time to charge, but it should be fine for maintaining a charged battery.thanks for the response i appreciate all the info. on last question i have a battery tender jr that i use for my motorcycles, could i use this charger for a short period of time to maintain the battery or would it burn up this charger? thanks again
