Battery dead at 10 months!!!

What the he// I have an 07 cc i bought in march of last year and my battery died on me after a freakin date which was awesome!!! I recently had a system installed on my truck and was wondering if the dealership would be an azz about the waranty on the battery because of it!

Just found out that i also am one of the ones that have the battery issues.
Girlfriend needed to use it this morning after it had been sitting for a few days and wouldnt even turn over. I had this happen 3 times now.
What is the best fix? i heard the Optimas are a good battery. Just need a suggestion. Thanks guys.
