Battery dead at 10 months!!!

What the he// I have an 07 cc i bought in march of last year and my battery died on me after a freakin date which was awesome!!! I recently had a system installed on my truck and was wondering if the dealership would be an azz about the waranty on the battery because of it!

Mine is an 05 with 50k on it. Not only is the battery shot, but it's venting battery acid out the top. Truck is stock.

What's weird about the battery is I just had a red top go bad in my vette. The battery ended up rupturing on the bottom and started venting battery acid out the bottom in gas state. Red tops aren't quite as good as the rumors indicate.
