Battery Keeps Dying (Electrical Problem)

Anyone else out there having a problem with their batteries??? I have an 06 Titan LE and the battery has died three times now. I have taken it to the dealer and to no surprise they have been unable to find or replicate the problem. This last time I called them and told them I had a dead truck in my driveway and to come get it. They said to jump start it and bring it in. I told them I didn't want to jump it and bring it in, so they could feed me a line of crap about there being nothing wrong with it. Reluctantly I agreed and sure enough, they have had it three days now and are telling me there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. When I walk outside at night and see the Nav on and the radio lights on and the vehicle is off and locked, there's a F&%)#!N PROBLEM... Sorry for the ranting everyone, I'm just running short on patience!

There are 2 problems- your dealer and an electrical problem.
That's obvious and believe me, the Dealer is worse then the electrical problem!
Have you added any accessories that require power? Stereo, amp, power inverter?

Put an amp meter on the positive battery cable with the truck off and locked. Write down that measurement. Then take it too a different dealer.
Guys, I just got out to my truck this morning to fire it up since i have not been driving it since it needs a new motor and I got the infamous clicking when turning it over. It started right up the other day. Does Nissan have a prorated battery warranty or do i just need to go buy one? I thought a battery should last longer than a year and a half.

That should still be under full warranty at 1 1/2 years old.
OH... My 06 has the same problem. I have been driving my Samurai for its gas savings and a week goes by and the battery in the TITAN is dead. It doesnt even click? The last time I had it at the dealer they said the same thing...."NO PROBLEM FOUND"..... I have now diconnected my overhead DVD to see if thats the problem. I had it on the charger this morning to bring back the battery. So we will see what happens now. It was fine when I drove it daily?
I have a 2007 LE and its also having the exact same problem.
I can't get it to the dealer for a couple of weeks.
Anybody finds the answear let us know.

I contributed to a couple of those threads.

The stock battery gave out on me after 2 1/2 years...

Optima battery installed-no problem at all!

did you use the bottom tray that it came with? Had a hard time keeping the cables on there at first.
That's about how long mine lasted, a year and a half. Since my Wife and I carpool my truck sits in the driveway most of the time. It only takes about 3-5 days to kill the batt. Nissan swears there is nothing wrong with the batt and there is no unusual draw in the electrical. I thinking about buying a new batt and seeing if the problem persist. I've read several thread from guys out of Florida talking about the heat draining their batt when sitting unstarted for a few days. To be honest with you, this problem started when SoCal had the bad heat waves in August/Sept. So if in fact that's the problem, hopefully buying a better batt will fix it. If not, the gloves will come off and Nissan and I will go rounds :)

Nope no extras that would cause an electrical drain...

have only had it for a day but from what i have read on here they are the best out there so that is why i bought it. A little pricey though.

A good one true, but but not the best. Go with an Odyssey battery. They are dry cells and 4 year 100 warranty.

Yeah, I'm hearing the same. I guess I will stop over and pick one up today. Thanks

You know I've read threads on these Odyssey Batts, but everyone I talk to around here says they have never heard of them. Who sells them???
