There are 2 problems- your dealer and an electrical problem.
That should still be under full warranty at 1 1/2 years old.Titan5683 said:Guys, I just got out to my truck this morning to fire it up since i have not been driving it since it needs a new motor and I got the infamous clicking when turning it over. It started right up the other day. Does Nissan have a prorated battery warranty or do i just need to go buy one? I thought a battery should last longer than a year and a half.

Nope no extras that would cause an electrical drain...TruWrecks said:Have you added any accessories that require power? Stereo, amp, power inverter?
Put an amp meter on the positive battery cable with the truck off and locked. Write down that measurement. Then take it too a different dealer.
have only had it for a day but from what i have read on here they are the best out there so that is why i bought it. A little pricey though.SouthernDrunks said:nytitan1 - How is that OPTIMA working for you??? I plan on picking one up today...

You know I've read threads on these Odyssey Batts, but everyone I talk to around here says they have never heard of them. Who sells them???RobKar said:A good one true, but but not the best. Go with an Odyssey battery. They are dry cells and 4 year 100 warranty.
