They do look to have clips holding them in, but the apparently break easily b/c my pass side one got loose and blew off and I had to epoxy it back in place.

Bed Rail caps
Does anyone know if the bed rail caps are removable, because I noticed that my windshield wiper cowl's are looking bad and may soon need to do the bed spray coating mod on them, but was wanting to know if I could do the bed rail caps as well, but want to remove them to do it.
