Bedlinered Pro4X style fender flares?

Any one tried to make low profile flares (like Pro4X) using bedliner or plastidip? I thought about trying this with the plastidip spray so if it looks like crap I can just peel it off. Obviously its not going to flare out much but it might look cool.
