With the correct offseted wheel you should be able to get a 37's to fit with little trouble. 35's fit comfortably with a 6" lift. Do you know what wheels you are going to run and the specs they are?

its an 18x9 wheel and i forgot the backspacing but it fits 33's good with a leveling kit. even tho the 37's are way bigger

You shouldn't have a problem driving straight, you might have to modify the front with the 37" for when you turn. If you jump up that big you really want something like an 18x10 with a -25mm offset. That will hold the tire out further (less modifications) and will make for a better wearing tire. 37" are usually 12.5" or 13.5" wide. It will be hard to maintain an even wear on your tires with them being so tall, the center of the tread will bulge and wear quick.
