I am about to purchase the Bilstein 5100's for my '05 cc 4x4 and I was wondering what coils everyone has used with these?

Go with the newer 08+ 4wd springs from Moog

What benefit do you get from the new springs? Got a link to them?

They have a higher spring rate and provide a bit more lift. Multiple vendors sell them, just type in the year for the Titan as 08 or higher.
