You could also add a 1.5" PRG leveling kit for around 3" of lift with the 5100's on the middle 1.5" setting.
On my Titan, a '04 w/BT it takes about 3" to level it. But if you want a little rake, you could use the 1.5" leveling kit but with the 5100's on their lowest setting, (1/2"), and have 2" of lift. Plus there would be 1" less preload on the coils, so you'd retain a little more droop travel and have a softer ride than with the 5100's on the middle setting.
