So I'm at work here...a guy comes and gets me....he was outside in the parking lot having a smoke...says "hey you have a bird in your truck!" So I go out, unlock the doors (windows were all closed and it was locked up) and sure as heck the "evidence" of a bird is there....at least on the easy-to clean areas, it kindly missed my seats. We both look all over/under/around....no bird. Pretty sure I would have noticed the mess this morning driving in. So it either flew in during the 8 seconds I exited with my laptop this morning, or it got in at home two days ago when I was cleaning windows in my garage with the big door open, or there is a way into the cab somewhere. I think my GM had vents behind the back seats between the cab and the box....does the Titan? Are they large enough a critter could get in?

So now it sits outside with all the windows open, hoping that if he's hiding under the dash or somewhere, he lets himself out....gawd.

The vents behind rear seats are called drafters. They should be somewhere on every vehicle. they let the air escape when you close the door so it latches easier.
that said, I would expect the drafters to have a grill of some kind.
Unless its a classic vw beelte. They used to advertise the difficulty of closing the doors on a new beetle because of the airtight constructions. Was cool back in the day I guess.
