original post got lost during the website corruption so here it is again.
I'm going to powder coat the bumper next. Might black everything out eventually, not sure really.

I had a friend get in my truck and hit the brakes to test the lights. During the day it shows up kind of decent and during the night it seems to shine the same as before.

What did you use?
That truck is EVIL I tell you!!!

Now black out the headlight housing or buy them online!

*****in!
ohh man you need to put sum clear coat on those bad boys. the flat black looks tacky.
it will look glossier of you buff it out. At first, I did it by hand, but with poor results, I got the buffer and what a difference.
I kinda like the flat black look, it gives it a little contrast.
the haze looks very unprofessional IMO

all that's left to make it look great is to be wet sanded then buffed..
Thx guys.
I used VHT niteshade and the picture was taken just after it was done. They don't looks hazy at all now. They just needed to cure a lil bit. I need to get a recent picture of them. I used a lil tire shine on them until I get them buffed and they look pretty sick right now.

Powder coating the bumper soon and blacking the emblems out Saturday.
anyone have a write up of doing this so I can put it in my DIY thread??
You can find it on google.
i like the flat look

why didn't you choose to go with the taillight tint or the taillight cover?

I'm trying to decide if I want covers for my headlight and taillights or go with the tint, but now I'm thinking of doing this...
i did this just because it cost me $12 for the spray and I wanted to do somethin lol
