Blinking air bag light and horn doesn't work.

The other day the air bag light started blinking on my dash and I noticed later the horn has quit blowing. Is there a fuse or something I can check or is it a job for the mechanic? TIA.

First thing to check would be the spiral cable. Do you have steering wheel stereo volume controls, and if so do they still work? What about cruise control buttons?

Everything else works. Cruise control is a-okay. I don't have steering wheel volume controls. Thanks.
