New member, could not navigate site to post an introduction. I just bought a 2005 Titan S.E. with 6" fabtech with 35x13.5 20 Pro Comps with minimal rub. Want to go to 37's can I clear 37's with a 3" body lift. How difficult is the install on the a performance body lift, are there any reasons not to do a body lift?

I hear the body lift is a pain to install. About an 8 hour or more job. Harder to install than most suspension lifts.

Welcome new member!....I noticed there is no location from where you live, are you hiding?
Ahhh you want to know why it matters don't you?
Well, if you live here in So Kalifornia, you don't need 37" tires and a 6" lift and a 3" body lift to wheel...What's that you say? You don't take the truck in the dirt...Then by all means go for the body lift!

I'm pulling your chain, sorry, that was my way of telling you you might want to re-think the body lift...
Go check out Austin's old Titan. He was able to accomplish an 8" lift and clear 37s on his rig with PRG components without using a body lift.

so you can still put the 2" spacers on even though you have a suspension lift? Sorry im new to this whole lift thing.

i ask because i want to put the leveling kit on my truck but will soon after be putting a 6" suspension lift when funds are available. So will i have to take out my leveling kit when i do my suspension lift?

TitanDC has a good option to the body lift with the spacers. You will still need to do the pinch weld mod in the front. Also, you should get the Total Chaos upper arms so you can still have down travel. PRG can advise you on the parts and give you an unbeatably price.

I have done both the spacers and the body lift. My body lift install took about 20 man-hours to complete. The gap guards are a must.

Good Luck
