I would use a 10.9 bolt minimum on the tow hitch. If the tow hook bolts are long enough, then im sure they'll work fine, if they are the correct grade.
Bolts to install oem hitch
I bought a used oem hitch off a 2008 Titan. I have a 2008 Titan. Can I use the bolts that are on my Titan for the tow hooks to install the hitch or do I need a higher strength bolt? Thanks!

My personal style would be to invest in brand new bolts. Re-installing the original stretched ones could be a mistake that only shows up at speed with a TT hooked up to you.
