Just bought a set of 265/70/18 for 06 crew cab. How much tire pressure should I put in them? Dealer said 35psi, is this correct?

But the rec from the manuf is only for the stock tires. If you go other than stock, it's nothing more than a general guideline. I agree that most tires will still be in the same range, relatively, but the manuf has no idea what tires you will have on the vehicle in 4 or 5 years..... :dunno:

The door sticker just lists tire size and psi. It doesn't say anything about brands. Your tires are the stock size. I expect to replace my Goodyears with the same tire and size you did. Unless I see something that can convince me otherwise, I’ll run 35 psi in them.
