I have removed my BullyDog programmer from my Titan because I sold the
vehicle. I want to sell my BullyDog to another Titan owner. To be sure
the programmer is still not married to my vehicle I connected the
programmer to my PC. I was able to grab a screenshot that says,
\"Unlocked From Vehicle.\" Is this confirmation that it can be put on
another vehicle?

So, here's the screenshot I referred to. And I would consider this unit "new" since you don't really use it once you put the program on. I put it on, then took it off a year later. The Bully Dog stayed in the box on the shelf in the room. It works fine.
