Question.

I'm thinking of replacing my fuel pump. I already have a walbro high performance one, but I'm not sure of the flow in LPM. It seems to be going out.

I'm thinking of getting an AEM 320lpm flow pump.

All i have to do is replace the pump and it should work properly right? I'm already tuned for the S/C and I don't think the fuel pump operation is specific to the tune.

educate me.

well yes and no, if the walbro 255 is installed as it should be, your still recirculating a lot of fuel when not in demand. increasing the LPH will just recirculate that much more excess fuel. I would say this is what shortens the life of these pumps as they run while limiting operating psi to 51.

also what might come into play is if there is an increase or decrease in voltage based on how many amps it would take to run the 320. I`m not 100% certain if the fuel pump voltage is modulated in any way. I don`t have that info in front of me.

I felt that while you can certainly run and tune the SC`er to the stock titan fuel system, but should really build a return fuel system with an external pump and adjustable regulator. this is def achievable with the correct parts.

I would def recommend installinga fuel pressure gauge/transducer using Autometer electric 100psi gauge/sender with a push on fuel tap (nitrous express/nitrous outlet) and AN fittings and SS braided hose to transducer, this way you`ll be able to monitor the fuel pressure and know for sure...

on another note, what are you doing to see 500HP/Trq at the rear wheels? do you have a dyno sheet avail to see?
