2.5" with Cajun flanges and Magnaflow 200 cell HFC.

IMO you should have just had the cats welded into your 2.25's. You are still running the same size piping really as the crush bend is probably closer to 2.25 or smaller.
Not bashing just saying

How did you get rid of your Check Engine Light, Non-foulers? I did the same to mine but hollowed out the Manifold cats and kept getting CEL until i got the non-foulers and now im getting code P2A03.... For [email protected]*ks sake.. dont know how to get rid of it. Tried replacing the upstream passenger side oxygen sensor, cleaned the MAF sensor, checked all line for leaks, im sure there are not issues with the injectors as the car idles fine, and added fuel injector cleaner..
