Had a question for some of the tuning guru's,

Theoretically speaking, if your calculated load value is at 100% when flooring it, whether it's on a flat surface or incline, would the AFRs/timing be hitting their targets?

I was just curious because in my area, it's hard to find a nice flat spot to do 0-60s, and I have always tuned on inclines/declines... Would this affect my AFR/timing?
