TITAN XD TUBULAR UPPER CONTROL ARMS

Our new replacement tubular upper control arms are slightly longer to correct Camber alignment after lifting. Made from 1.5" x .120" wall DOM tubing, they are designed to re-use your OEM press-in ball joint They come complete with new durable, greaseable, Vecton pivot bushings and are fully bolt-on. Durable powdercoat finish.

Do these require grinding the "tabs" in the factory mounts to fit? Thank you for the information.
No. The pivot points on the H61 chassis are in a different position that the the first gen Frontier/Titan chassis. They mount a little lower, therefore don't interfere with the coil bucket or shock tower as before. They're a straight bolt-on install. We also have adjustables coming soon.

I think he meant in the actual mounts the arms slide into and get bolted to the frame. Some manufacturers for the current titans have bushings that need to be trimmed or the tabs need to be trimmed. otherwise it shreds the bushings.


What other products are you guys planning on releasing????

I think he meant in the actual mounts the arms slide into and get bolted to the frame. Some manufacturers for the current titans have bushings that need to be trimmed or the tabs need to be trimmed. otherwise it shreds the bushings.

Understood. The current chassis has those dimpled points on the inside of the mounts that need to be removed otherwise they damage the aftermarket bushings. The one we're working on does not have those dimples. Don't be surprised if those were to show up on later production units. They can be removed in seconds with a small grinder.
