Technical Service Bulletin. The company puts these out for items that they know are an issue, but aren't necessarily safety issues which would require a recall. Look at nissanhelp.com to see what the TSB's are for specific models/years.
cam bolts
Does anyone know what a TSB is?On the plus side, you can get them to do the TSB for the cam bolts with this alignment since you're inside of 12k miles.
