I went to Jim Click Nissan in Tucson, AZ. They had 24 trucks on the lot, but not one that would meet our requirements, which was KC because the bed is too short in the CC and the big tow package. They found one in Prescott. Before we could put down ernest money, that truck had sold. They then found another one in Las Vegas. It had the racks in the bed that I didn't want but they were willing to toss them in for free. We tossed in $200 toward the transportation of the exchange trucks. We then checked on the hitch. Unfortunately the salesman and not checked on that adequately. All RV in Tucson said the sliding hitches were not approved for the Nissan yet. After much investigation with Reese, PullRite and Nissan, it turned out that they are not yet approved, and they would void the warranty if I put one in, so the sale fell through. They refunded my earnest money, but not the $200 for transport, to which I readily agreed, but I am disappointed that I am not getting that truck. Now I see my only options are waiting for a 3/4 ton rated Toyota or Nissan, or going with the Dodge which I am not real excited about but would be acceptable. A sad day. :crying:
