I have a 2014 Crew Cab Titan with the solid center arm console in between the driver and passenger seat that flips up and acts as a backrest for the center seat. I am looking for a center arm rest that opens up for storage. Currently my arm rest is a giant pillow with 2 cup holders. I have looked on the internet with no luck.

If you are wanting a factory look you will have to replace the seats in order to get the console to fit. Best bet would likely be finding a salvaged Titan with the same interior color. maybe a local pull-your-own-part junk yard... good luck man!
